A fast Internet connection is not an option for many businesses. It's an essential requirement like network administrator jobs. In the end, many companies are now using broadband cable connectivity to access and communicate on the Web at a reasonable speed. Cable modems of the past typically allowed users to connect only one device at a given time via the Internet. They required an additional router to connect the other devices to the modem. Wireless print servers allow users connected to the network to connect to and share printers connected to the server regardless of whether they are connected via wired or wireless connectivity.

Setup the Printer
Ensure you connect the USB cable from the printer you want to share with any computer connected to your cable modem. Take a couple of minutes for Windows to detect and set up the printer used by the PC. If Windows asks for drivers, place the disc that installs the printer onto the optical drive, and follow the steps to install the driver for your printer.

Set up Wireless Print Server Wireless Print Server
Attach an RJ45 Ethernet cable into either the "Router" or "WAN" port on the wireless printer server. Plug one end into the open Ethernet port on the cable modem/router.

Make connections between Computers to the shared printer
Reconnect to the computer that you used to set up both the driver for the printer and wireless printing server. Insert the wireless print server disc installation into your optical drive of the computer.
